Our general conditions of cancellation are:
- Cancellations received in written with more than 30 days prior to the booked check-in date: Return of the total amount paid in advance minus 12 Euros in concept of administrative costs.
- Cancellations received in written from 15 to 30 days prior to the booked check-in date: Return of 50% of the advanced payment minus 12 Euros in concept of administrative costs.
- Cancellations received in written with less than 15 days from the booked check-in date: No refund of the advanced payment.
